NOTICE OF THE 6^TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

Notice is hereby given that there shall be the 6^th Annual General Meeting of Kitui Water & Sanitation CO. Ltd (KITWASCO) to be held on 7^th April, 2026 at Marie Gardens Hotel in Kitui Town starting at 9:00am to transact the following business: -

1. Reading of notice convening the AGM.
2. To table the proxies and confirm the presence of the quorum in line with Articles of Association.
3. Reading and confirmation of the minutes from previous meeting.
4. Matters arising from the previous meeting.
5. To receive and consider the managing directors report.
6. To receive and consider the BOD Chairman’s report.
7. To receive and consider the Auditor General’s report for the years ending 2024/2025.
8. To note that the Board of Director does not recommend the payment of dividend.
9. To confirm that the appointed Auditors (Office of the Auditor General) shall continue in the office.
